How Do I Place An Order?
When you click an Order link, you will be taken to our secure server where you will set up your account. You will answer an online questionnaire to provide information relevant to your medical condition. Once you complete the questionnaire, you will see a confirmation page to review your answers for accuracy. At this point, you will submit your order for processing.
Do Not Place Your Order By Phone! You will not be able to follow up on your order and you will not get the pricing you get here. If you have a question, send us an email and we'll get right back to you.
What Happens Once I Submit My Order?
A US licensed physician will review the information you have submitted and either approve or decline your request.
If approved, the physician will write the prescription and send it to the pharmacy where it will be filled and shipped to you via UPS priority overnight. Your prescription will include information explaining the usage, dose, and precautionary information for your medication. You will also receive contact information for the pharmacist in case you have any questions after you receive your medication.
After placing your order you will be able to track it's process in real-time by logging into the help desk. When your order ships, the UPS tracking number will be e-mailed to you so you may track its progress through the UPS system.

How Does An Online Consultation Work?
Online consultations are a new concept in health care that utilize the Internet to improve patient access to physician care. The patient does not receive a traditional physical exam by the physician, but rather completes an online questionnaire and communicates with the physician using our secure online communication tool. Although online consultations will never take the place of traditional medicine, they do provide a means for patients to receive treatment for a limited number of conditions that, in certain circumstances, may not require a physical exam.

Our pharmacies are licensed to ship medication to all states except AK, AR, HI, KY, MA, MO, NV, NH, TN or UT, so you rest assured you are receiving the same medication as you
would at your neighborhood pharmacy.
What Prescription Medications Do You Dispense?
We only offer medications that can be prescribed from online consultations, therefore we carry a very limited number of medications. No legitimate online medical company will ever offer narcotics or addictive medications via the Internet. The medications offered on our website do not require a physical examination. A thorough review of your medical history is sufficient.
What Are Your Shipping Rates And Policies?

Once the pharmacy has received your prescription, it will be filled and shipped by UPS based on the shipping preference of your choice.
We will notify you if there is a problem with your order and you will receive a confirmation email when the pharmacy ships your medication.
We are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes at this time. We must have an adult signature at time of delivery.
We do not process prescription orders on the weekend. If you place an order after 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on Friday, the order will be sent to the pharmacy and shipped on Monday.
Cancellation Policy
We do not charge your credit card at the moment you place an order. Our Quality Assurance department confirms your information first before charges are made, to avoid fraud, You may cancel your order before your order is shipped by emailing us with your decision and possible reason. Should you decide to cancel your order you can do so without a cancellation fee as long as we can catch the order before it ships.
Can I Return My Medication For A Refund?
Our refund policy provides the assurance you deserve in your online purchase by offering a full refund on orders that are in the Charged / Doctor Approval Pending status and even Doctor Approved status before your order ships. Once the order ships we will no longer be able to refund your purchase. In addition, we are unable to accept returned prescription medications due to Federal Law.
