Starting December 2011 to protect our customers and us, our pharmacy began a new policy to verify orders from
New Clients. This would be anyone who has not ordered from us before and is using Visa.
This is just a formality and a One-Time process. But this will stop anyone who is trying to use someone else's identity to place orders. It's a good thing and you won't need to do this again as long as you use the same email and bill to address.
Before beginning, it is important that you understand what we're doing. You will see how to prepare your photo ID and utility bill in such a way as to make it so easy for customer service to verify your order, and that will help get it processed ahead of everyone else. That's because most people do not know how to do these steps.
Upon completion of your order, you will receive your order number. The first thing you should do is call Customer Service at 1-800-959-2613, and tell them you are
"Calling to verify your order number _______". You can also choose to wait until you receive the confirming email which will include a request for you to call.
They may request from you a
Photo ID, (a Driver License for example), and a
Utility bill or Phone bill or other billing that shows your billing address. They will also give you a fax number to send these documents to.
What we want to give them are two pages, one page with your driver license and your order information and a second page with a copy of your utility bill and your order information. You'll want to put the same order info on each document so it makes it immediatly clear who's order it is. It's all about making it as easy for them to read as possible.
So, to make sure they get your fax and approve you first, follow these steps:
1. If you have a scanner, scan your driver license and utility/phone bill.
2. If you have a copier, copy your driver license by itself but enlarge it so that it's the same width as the 8-1/2" x 11" paper. Copy the utility bill in the same way, making it larger so the words can be easily read.
3. On each document, the driver license and utility bill, write or type in your name, Customer ID, Order Number, Order Date, Your email address and phone number.

You will notice how we first made the photo ID as wide as the page allows so that when it is faxed, it's easy to read. That's what we want, easy. Same with the Utility Bill.
We also added at the top of each page, all the information Customer Service could need in order to verify you are who you say you are.
Once you have created these two pages, fax them over to the fax number you received in your email or the number they gave you when you called Customer Service.
After you faxed these pages, call and tell the Customer Service rep your documents were sent. If you do this, you will get your order processed faster than any other client. As an added bonus, refills are just a few clicks and some questions. Your refill will get processed immediately and shipped same day if you order before noon eastern time.
If you do not get utility bills mailed to your home, simply go online and print a copy of your online bill. Add the same order information as shown on our example and fax it with your photo ID.
Finally, it must be said so no one misunderstands, that this does not guarantee your order will be processed immediately or that the doctor will approve your order. But, there are literally 100's or orders coming in daily and the vast majority of new clients will not know how to do this verification.
Your order will get processed much quicker because you have given them a photo ID & utility bill they can easily read, PLUS included right on the documents, is all the information they need to see which order it goes with. While other clients will need to fax and refax, you should, if you follow these instructions, get approved on the first try.
